Through a visualizer you can project the image of this model on an interactive whiteboard also known as electronic whiteboard.This model consist of 9 phases:

Phase I: Identify instructional goals and then do need analysis.



Phase II: This phase involves procedural analysis, Information Processing Analysis and learning task analysis.


Phase III: Determine the learners characteristics.


Phase IV: Determine performance objectives


Phase V: Determine the the necessary prerequisites for learning new skills.


Phase VI: Determine how instructional activities can be used to achieve objectives.


Phase VII: Prepare instructional materials to convey instructions.


Phase VIII: Evaluate instructional materials


Phase IX: Do summative evaluation
